Mr Manda Nkuhlu

Manda holds a BSc honours degree from the University of Cape Town and an MBA degree from the Gordon’s Institute of Business Science (GIBS). He has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry, having held several senior management and executive position in both the private and public sector, where he specialised in the areas of property development and financial structuring.

Having work in both the public and private sector his experience and knowledge spans across all property typologies (residential and commercial) including large-scale mixed-use government infrastructure and residential projects.

He currently serves as the Managing Director of Calgro M3 Developments the main operating subsidiary of the Calgro M3 Holdings a JSE Listed company. The Property Developments entity currently has a combined annual revenue in excess of R3 billion.

Further to the above, he also sit on the Group Executive Committee and on the Board of the listed entity.

Mr Mava Ndamase

Mava is a seasoned entrepreneur and a philanthropist. He is a teacher by profession, he’s passionate about inclusive growth, community and SMME development. Currently he is a director and a shareholder of both Culmination Professional Services as well as Culmination Securities.

He has experience in both international and local capital raising and deal structuring in the renewable energy, agriculture, and infrastructure sectors.

Mava has held the following position:

Director of Good Earth Power SA, a Middle East based company focused on clean energy solutions for power generation, water, land, and transport.
Director and shareholder of Oakleaf Resources Pty Ltd, and The Masimong Group, both companies were involved in mining and exploration, strategic metals, and beneficiation.
Director and Executive at Liviero Construction,
He is also a member and advisor to The South African Norwegian Association (SANA). The South African Norwegian Association (SANA) is a non-profit organisation. It promotes collaboration, partnerships, trade, and investments between its South African and Norwegian member companies in a range of business activities based on the principles of ethical practices and corporate governance.
